AI & Tech Product Studio Pune, India Bootstrapped

Axiom 01

Nobody funds the second version of something that never shipped.

We build new AI products and bootstrap them to paying users.

AxiomGrid starts products from zero — the model work, the platform underneath, and the go-to-market that gets it paid for. Self-funded, small on purpose, in production early.

Disciplines

Four things a product has to clear before it can pay for itself.

Bootstrapping means no one else covers the gaps, so all four live under one roof.

An idea is not a product

Product design & build

We take one sharp outcome and build the AI-powered software around it — interface, model work, evaluation, and every surface a user actually touches.

A demo is not a system

Platform engineering

Cloud-native infrastructure with machine learning, automation, and data pipelines underneath — built to stay up on a night nobody is watching it.

Shipped is not sold

Go to market

Positioning, pricing, digital distribution, and partnerships — designed alongside the software rather than bolted on the week before launch.

Launched is not finished

Run & improve

Subscription software we keep running: implementation, support, and a release cadence that doesn't stall the month after v1 goes out.

Process

How a build runs.

Fixed windows, one outcome at a time. The point of each stage is to find out sooner.

Week 00

Cut it to one outcome

We argue the idea down to a single thing a user can do, and the one number that tells us whether it worked. Everything else gets a waiting list.

Week 01–02

Prototype on real data

Working software, real inputs, honest evaluation. If the model can't carry the outcome, we find out here — not in month four with a team hired against it.

Week 03–06

Ship to first users

Deployed, instrumented, and in the hands of people who aren't us. Pricing goes live with it, because free users answer a different question.

Ongoing

Run it, then improve it

Support, releases, and the next outcome on the list — funded by the product rather than the next raise.

Principles

The rest of the axioms.

Everything above is derived from these. They're also the fastest way to tell whether we should work together.

Axiom 02

Scope is the only thing you fully control.

Every build starts by cutting the idea down to one outcome we can put in front of a real user. The rest waits its turn, in writing.

Axiom 03

Nothing counts until it's in production.

Demos aren't evidence. We start measuring the day somebody who isn't us depends on the thing working.

Axiom 04

Distribution is part of the product.

How it gets found, priced, and paid for is designed with the software. A product nobody can reach isn't finished, it's abandoned.

Axiom 05

You talk to the person building it.

Small on purpose. No account layer sitting between the decision and the code, and no status meeting standing in for progress.

Contact

Have something worth building?

Send the outcome you want, not the spec. If it's a fit you'll hear back from the person who'd build it.

hello@axiomgrid.tech

We take on a small number of builds at a time — either as our own products or alongside a founder who wants theirs bootstrapped the same way.
